Day Six!

Day six, down 5.4 pounds.... not too shabby a start! And it hasn't been difficult at all! I don't feel like I've been depriving myself. Rather, for the last several years, I have deprived myself of health and happiness. Considering all of the healthy foods that I love (veggies, fish, grilled chicken, fruits), it could hardly be said that I am on an unpleasant regimen of food. And I like exercising - especially the Wii Fit games and dancing! :)
For lunch, I had a burger (on a bun!), very small amount of ketchup, mustard, and dill pickles, and a handful of pretzels, with water. And another cup of coffee, with stevia and fat-free creamer.
